Can I create a blank PDF template?
Yes! The way to do this is to open an existing PDF into Notate, remove the pages that you don’t want, insert as many blank pages as you like, and then save the resulting note to the “Templates” notebook.
Now you can create new notes based on the template that you have created by pressing the note from template button:
Follow these steps to create your own PDF template:
Open a PDF document into Notate
Press the pages button
Press the edit pages button
Select the pages that you don’t want to include in your template and press delete
Insert new pages into your PDF by pressing the add page button. Chose the page background color, page size, and select if you would like ruled lines. You can even use a corporate image in the page background.
Close the page editor
Press “close” and save your updated document.
From your notes list, swipe your newly created note to the left to reveal the action menu. Choose “Move to Notebook” and move your note to the “Templates” directory.
